Hello Everyone,
I've been reading here so long- i'm forgetting the basics! lol. jk.
Anyway- i've been waiting to file a bit since my husband has been unable to find a job. Things are looking better now and he's getting some work.
We were wanting to file around September - but i have a hiccup. My work is going through a merger and we were told that we would all be traveling to the east coast at a still to be determined time before Oct 16th. They basically told everyone to not make any plans. That means that pretty much all of October is out for me; they're sending our office in two groups (six people) so half will go in the beginning of october , the other half in the end of october- which means that for coverage i wouldn't be able to miss a day for the 341.
I was just wondering - how soon is the 341 after filing typically? I've seen 30 days, 45 days, etc. I'm in the Eastern District of California if anyone has knowledge.
I tried looking at the court calendar, and they appear to only be held on certain days- but it depends on the judge you get. So not much of a way to plan either..
