If you co-signed on a mortgage....

If you co-signed for someones mortgage, can you claim that on your bankruptcy petition?

07/24/09 -- Filed Chapter 7
09/22/09 -- 341 Meeting
09/25/09 -- Pacer States "No Assets"
11/25/09 --DISCHARGED!!!!!!!!!

You can discharge your personal liability for the mortgage debt.

Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.
