    Online Access With Toyota

I thought some might like to know how and when they get online access back.
You have to wait until your case closes which for us was some 10 days after discharge.
Then I just called Toyota Financial the same day I saw it closed on Pacer and told them the case was closed and my old online access information worked the next day.
If you don't call them it will take some time before they see that your case is closed and allow access and or start sending bills in the mail again.

I called them this week because they cut my online access and sent a letter to my attorney. They were very helpful and actually told me that they are trying not to make it hard on people. She said too many people are in this position now. She said just pay online through my bank, which I had done and then they will restore once we are discharged.

Note, you must be closed, not just discharged according to what they told me.

I'm wondering about this myself. Thanks for the post! I'm still waiting for them to send me a reaffirmation agreement. I assume if they don't send it to me, I'll be doing this ride through thing which makes me a bit nervous.

She said that if we checked the box that said we would be reaffirming (which we did) that they would send my attorney the reaffirmation agreeement. She said that they are like 3 weeks behind because of the volume of BK's being filed. And with So. Cal filings being up 75% since January according to our local paper, I imagine it may be longer than that.

You won't be nervous after you start doing it. You'll be grateful knowing you can walk away at any time without consequence if you need to do so.
Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick

Did you reaffirm with Toyota? I had my 341 hearing today and Toyota has not filed the paperwork as of yet. I'm just wondering if they will even get to file it or am I going to be doing a ride through. On my paperwork, I checked that I intended to reaffirm.

They told us that the affirmation had to go to the attorney. He approved it and filed it.
I would check with your attorney to see if he got the paperwork at all.

I ask because I filed Pro Se (sorry, should have pointed that out). And since I don't have an attorney, I'm sure I'll have to go to a reaffirmation hearing. This is why I'm wondering if Toyota will even file it in time, and if they do, are they going to send an attorney out here to attend my reaffirmation hearing?

                    Oh, OK.
As I understand it it's up to the judge then to determine if your payment is OK but someone else may know for sure.

I'm in the same boat... I had my 341 and my lawyer told me toyota had not sent an agreement over.

In fact, I checked my credit report and Toyota zeroed out the car loan balance and wrote "included in bankruptcy"... does that mean they think I'm surrendering?

I am going to suggest that you call Toyota. I did and they sent the paperwork over to my attorney within 3 days.
They told me that they have their own paperwork that has to be filled out and they use no others papers.
My attorney filled them out and filed them right after our 341.
                        Good Luck.
