Sparky, I do not have any magical powers so I can't wave a wand to fix you. What I can do is offer my opinions and knowledge to anyone who chooses to take either. Those who choose not to are welcome to do as they please.
Sparky, I haven't lost control and have to file BK. I am actually IN CONTROL of the process. It's the credit card companies who have lost control. Why do you always see things from such a pessimistic vantage point?
Sparky, you really shouldn't let others' opinions effect you so much on an internet forum. It's really allowing someone else too much control over you.
Post-BK life will be fantastic. It will be exactly as my life is now except I won't be receiving phone calls from collectors. Even if I do receive calls post-bk it won't be a big deal. I have control of this entire process.
