Naming your creditors

Hi Everyone,

I have a question about how to report your debt.

When listing all the debt that you owe, do you put down the name of the original credt card company or the collection agency that now owns the debt?

Put down both.

I put both. Then I left the amount section blank for one so it wasn't "double" counting.

My attorney put both and left the CA balance blank as to not double the debt.
