I don't think OJ could have filed due to the nature of the Goldman's claim. I'm not sure if wrongful death suits are dischargeable. Without him filing his home and NFL pension are protected anyway. He always will have the judgement. Under the newer bk laws the Goldmans could have forced him into an involuntary bk, and taken his home since he moved to Fla. weeks before he lost the suit.The essence of freedom is the proper limitation of GovernmentComment
