We have a appointment monday for a free consult again with a BK attorney. Hubby was asking about debit reduction tonight so I thought I would see if we have a lot of wisdom on this board about that subject. I have read that you can get some bad advice and expensive programs trying that. He hates to do a BK, but I see no real way out of it. Can anyone tell me a good website to find out who to talk to at least so we don't get ripped off? I still think our situtation is impossible. 12,000.00 in Credit Card, 30,000.00 in unsecured and our home plus a home in GA that we have not paid for in 3 months now. And one income of 31,000.00 per year... But, I guess we can talk to them. I can not sleep until we decide upon our path.
