    canadian tax question

Let me know if I should be putting this somewhere else. But Im in Alberta and will be filing in the next month or two - figuring things out. I recently got a return - does that matter? I used it to pay debt, but do have some of the cash at home for emergency - its not a lot but seriously didnt have a penny in case something happened with my kids or anything.

What should I do? Is this okay?

If you're filing in Canada, I don't think we'll be able to help. I doubt that the bk process and law in the U.S. and Canada are the same.

      Start with this website:

Get expert help on bankruptcy in Canada and consumer proposals. Bankruptcy Canada assists businesses and self-employed with debt Relief solutions and insolvency.

Google is my best friend If your questions are not answered at the above website: google albert, canada bankruptcy. Lots of Attorney websites which also has good information.
