    Newbie time

I am new to the board, I would like to kind of tell my deal to get some feedback, but being new I didnt want to do some big overdrawn post
without it being ok. I am basically talking with my BK atty this
week, but this involves millions of dollars in loans, a partnership,
loacl banks etc. I have so many questions. should I lay it on the line here?

    Hi Stevie:

Welcome to the forum. We will be glad to assist all that we can, but please don't flood us all at once. Take some time to look around at the different posts and the different boards that are up there and read some of the 'stickys' that are posted on the various boards. Some of those might help answer some of your questions, though everyone's situation is a little bit different.

There are also some proceedural differences from state to state and district to district. Although bankruptcy is conducted in Federal Court, each court and each district has its own 'local rules' that it follows.

I'm sorry--how was that for confusing you? Nevertheless, welcome to the forum.

I am going to suggest also, that based on your brief description of your situation, you might want to search out posts by member Lajazz947. He has had a partnership gone bad, and other major problems that your situation sounds similar to.

      Good luck!

        Thanks

        THanks!
I had gone through Chapter 7, back in 1995, came back to a 780 CS
I just didnt want to go through that again, but I fear there is no
alsternative to get done. I basically have 41 Rentals, now worth WAY
less than the loans. I have been doing loss mitigation on these for the banks,
I am now just burnt on it.
