I have two questions: What is Pacer? AND Where do you go to find out if anything has been filed against you (a company is going to sue you, etc). I've heard about both things, but I'mnot sure if it's the same thing or two different places to watch for your BK status and your "gonna get sued" status....anyone able to clear this up for me?
