I bet you are Too! I can't remember if you ever said when/if you were going to file BK. Guess you can play the Game with the Certified Letters, if you want to.

I'm glad we don't have a CC with them. Just a praying everyday we make it until 9/30/09 to file a 7.

Will be Praying it is a Chapter 7.

Go over your expenses again and again and again. Subscriptions, Church Contributions, Peronal Property Taxes, Any maintnence work performed in the last 12 mths., Clothing, Entertainment, Medical Bills, Prescriptions, Pet Expense (if you have one). O Darn my mind is getting befuddled as I took my sleeping pill.

Okay...I have to defend snail mail or the U.S. Post Office. I work for the USPS and it's a great place to work and we do our very best to get every piece of mail out and delivered everyday. I have mailed my mortgage payment in for 13 years and have NEVER had a problem. I do hear of many online internet banking foo paws out there that go into some black hole and the internet hijackers that take away your identity. Don't always blame the USPS; oftentimes people didn't actually mail the item as they claim on the date they claim and it is so easy to just blame the good old mail. And like so many other companies today, the economy has hit the USPS hard and we are having cut backs and loss of jobs. Everytime you open your mailbox, just remember the person who puts it there every single day of the year (less Sundays and holidays).

Hey There! I don't really have any gripes about the Post Office. I've befriended both of our Mail Carriers since we moved from IN to AR. Both are women & usually I'm waiting for the 'mail lady' with a nice large glass of cold water or a 'to go' cup of coffee depending on the weather. I am fully aware Postal Carriers are required to lift heavy pieces/boxes and the mail is delivered 99% of the time.

That 1% is factoring horrific winter weather as here in the South, the City/County or State Highway Depts. are not staffed and/or don't have the equipment to make the roads passable. Believe me, I know because Sweet DH is a truck driver. Or in the case when our mailboxes are 'Frozen Shut'.

I also know they are paid quite well for such services. Again, I have know gripes about their pay as it's not as easy job as one might think. Now, the cost of mailing? I think it is too High! That's just my personal opinion.

I like using my PC, with 2009 Micro Trend Virus Program, as my replacement for Snail Mail. I don't have to walk out to the mail box twice each day, which to most is an easy task, but not one who is disabled. With the USPS, unless you mail overnight (which cost a fortune) or Certified Mail with Return Signature required, you have no idea when that piece of mail will be delivered. Again, not griping at the Post office; however, paying bills electronically, I know date bill gets paid & the date monies are debited to my account & it's FREE! Yes, in banking a minus out of your account is considered a Debit and monies put in are considered Credits. Complete opposite from the 'Principles of Accounting'.

Being disabled, I order a lot of items through the Internet. Our furkid's prescriptions medicine comes from EntirelyPets.com(CA). Jeezel Pete, I can order on early Mon. & I have it in the mail box on Wed.; however, I'm sure it is costly for them. Get free shipping on orders over $100. I just recently ordered a 4 month supply of her meds because filing 9/09 & required to give Attorney 2 months bank statements. I didn't want her prescriptions appearing on the 2 Bank Statements. Small town bank & statements drop on the 24th, which happened to be the day we opened the Acct. in 11/07. I guess because it was such a large amount for a furkid, I had to sign for it. Most other items are delivered by UPS or Fed EX.

Brandi, our mail carrier, is a Riot & lives in our subdivision. She pulls up all the way in the driveway & if our garage door is up, she will lay on her horn. If it's not, she comes to the front door & rings the doorbell. I've been known to chat with her or Shirley, mail carrier where we used to live, up to an hour.

Again, only gripe is Cost of mailing an envelope & not knowing when a regular envelope reaches it's destination. So, that's my Story & I'm Sticking To It

Opps, I didn't mean to offend mail carriers! When I refer to "snail mail", it's only because I'm so used to going on the computer and paying the cards/bills automatically...it's so easy! I live in a small town and the post office is great, everyone knows everyone and when I was selling things on ebay, I went into the post office often. We have the best mail carrier, Jerome, he is an older guy but funny and heck! Jerome knows everything in the neighborhood, he'll always start off his sentences like, "I don't mean to gossip but...I knew there were problems in that household when Mrs. xxxx put in for a change of address and didn't check "entire household"....ummmh,hummm..." he cracks me up!

As for the increase on stamps, I don't mind so much...my mail always gets to it's destination within a couple of days! That's worth it! In my original post, I was referring to the creditor, Wells Fargo, claiming they never received my mortgage payment, not the post office losing it
