Credit report after filing

Hello all, just a quick question:

I filed on April 22, my 341 is scheduled for May 20 (wish me luck!). I got an alert from True Credit today that Cap One is still reporting my account as delinquent.

Are creditors allowed to report balances and non payments to credit bureaus during the BK process? Only after the actual discharge should my CR show iib and zero balance?

Wait until a few months after your discharge to clean up your credit reports; doing so now is a waste of time as the creditors need time to catch up on their end as to your accounts. It is not an overnight process; can take a while for them to report correctly.
