This is almost surreal to me that I am where I am right now in my life. I am one step closer to getting on with my life.
I filed a week ago on May 11th and found out my 341 is less than a month on June 5th. Now today, I just completed online my BK money management class you are required to take. I just wanted it done so I didn't have to worry about it. So I worked on it last night and this morning.
When I took my house payment to the elderly couple I am buying the house on contract from yesterday, they told me they had gotten the notification on the BK. I had called and warned them earlier in the week and reassured them that my attorney felt I would be fine with the house. They told me to let them know if they could help in any way. Very nice people who have lived a tough life themselves and had a daughter go through BK.
I want to get Pacer but am so afraid if I get it I will get O/C about it and so far have chosen to try to just keep myself busy and not think about it and let my very competent attorney let me know what I need to know. I don't know though as time goes on and I get past my 341 and close to discharge if I am going to be able to handle not being able to check on things.
Thanks so much to everyone on this site. I would have made some big mistakes without your guidence. I don't know much but I intend to stick around to at least give encouragement to others after I get through my mess.
