Non-court ordered child support.

My ex was direct depositing $250 every two weeks from his pay into my checking. But it is not court ordered and may stop at any time. When I told him I needed to file BK he stopped putting the money into my account and started putting it into my son's account. He sent me a nasty email saying that I couldn't handle money and he wasn't giving it to me anymore. I do have access to my son's account and am able to get at the money if I need to. Again, it is not court ordered and he may stop doing it at any time. How should this be reported? He just started giving me the money in October and started putting into my son's account last week. I want to file in July. Do I need to include it as income? What about my son's account that I am able to tap? I am so afraid they may think I am hiding income but if I am forced to file 13 because I am on the edge because of it and then it stops what do I do then?
