Other ideas:
Write reviews of all the products you've purchased, signing your full name within the text of the review. Google products your'e familiar with and write reviews about them, on as many websites as possible.
Comment on articles in your local online newspaper, again signing the comment using your full name - as it appears on the BK petition.
Visit blogs that cover topics which interest you and comment on the blog entries, again, signing your full name.
Successfully burying the negative information about you to the bottom and eventually outside of Google's search results is very time-consuming, but if you're diligent, your results will be better than those you'd achieve by hiring a professional reputation management service (for $200/mo.) (they only guarantee moving the negative information off the first page of Google results).

Yikes. If the PACER database is indexed on Google then we're toast. The earlier lost was referring to a court calendar where debtors names show up for 2 weeks
then drop off. If PACER was opened up to search engines, then it would be impssible to get rid of the negative search results on Google.
