    Question Help with Form B22C

We were going to go Chapter 7, but now will probalby be going 13 since we found out we are over the median income. Is there a sample Form B22C out there, as in one that is of a fictitious party all filled out? I am just wondering because for some reason, I think I am filling something out wrong, and I want to make sure that I am doing it right. Something just isn't adding up right.....and I cant seem to find what I am looking for....

    Thanks,

Thank you so much!!! That is way easier than trying to do it manually! Actually it accounted for medical which seems to be missing from the paper form I downloaded off some website. It made my monthly disposable income $7/mo.

this is all so new and confusing....does this mean I can possibly try to file a 7? My attorney and his paralegal are out for the weekend, so I cant obviously ask them right now.....Any advice?

    By the way...this forum ROCKS!!!

The means test is just step one. Next, come schedules I and J where you determine your disposable income to see if you have enough to fund a 13. I think the number is $187/month. Sounds like you're in good shape.
We've had members below the median yet, when they went to step 2 had too much DI to file a Chapter 7. The sword cuts both ways.
