OK so I found out I can sell my husbands stupid sports car. Now I am getting things ready to go meet with my lawyer on Monday and I called to see how much these stupid boat docks were worth (also my husbands). They are in FL and we are in Indiana. The realtor told me they were worth alot less than what we have it listed at. $10,000.00 less.If we lowered our price to what people are paying she thought she could sell it.We have droped down on the price $100,000.00 over the last 3 years. I want the darn thing sold. Can we sell it at fair market value? It is all thru a realtor and noone we know would be the buyer. Thanks!
