Payments in a 13

Are all repayments in a 13 done by wage garnishment? Or can they be automatic draft from checking or you just pay them?

I know it is rare, but anyone ever file a 7 and want to keep your home,never being late on payments but the bank didnt accept a reaffirm?

It depends on the trustee. I pay mine directly to him, but I know a lot of people that have it garnished.
