So once my credit is shot how hard is it going to be to find an apartment or home to rent? Oh, should I mention I have 4 dogs? I'm willing to agree to replace all flooring when I move out!

the dogs are a problem...i found a perfect house with tile floors and the owner was cool about my cats.....
the neighborhood geezers called animal control, because a cat was in ones yard...animal control said their was a 3 pet max allowed in the city... they even showed me the ordinance where they could enter my premises to check...they said that if they got another complaint, valid or not, they could confiscate my pets until the court hearing... they also could declare them a neusance and euthanize them....
i know that this wouldnt hold water, but i didnt have the money to fight it, with a lawyer... i realized the neighbors were just a bunch of hateful bastards and it would always be some kind of issue...not to mention killing one of my cats..
i lost thousands of bucks, moving back to my old residence.. the only good news, was that the landlord just kept my money and didnt sue me...
i researched the city laws before i moved, but it didnt matter... i have learned that a lot of cities in florida will cite you for more than 3 pets..
if they had come to take my pets, you would have been reading about me in the paper...
so, investigate carefully before you move and have a nightmare like i had.."it looks like i picked a bad day to give up sniffing glue"! [McKroskey, airplane]
