Tax return??

I have a question about my tax return I just received.
My DW and I received $2700.00 as our return this year.

We will be paying our attorney in full from this money about $1300.00.

We also needed a new bed so we bought one for about $750.00 plus about $100.00 for bedding.

How will a trustee view this purchase?

Will we be in trouble with the court?

This was a need the old one was killing my DW back she had to move to the couch in order to get some sleep.

We want to file a ch 7 some time this summer we haven't retained yet I still want to talk to a few more attorneys.

you should be fine. I received $5000 tax return 5 days before i filed this year and there was no questions even asked =)

I really think you'll be fine. I know you are allowed to pay the lawyer from this money and you didn't spend an unreasonable amount on the bed.
