I see another lesson in this - I don't want to keep spending money on what is essentially valueless. It is part of how I got into this situation to begin with.

That sucks about your vindictive old "friend".
Amen to that. You are right, just value EVERYTHING.

What sucks about this is that I DID value my limited partnership interest......it is worth ZERO right now.

And I did tell them under oath that I do not own any part of the company. They just think that I am lying. That's what my attorney says. I have been 100% truthfull so I am not worried about it, it's just a hassle and I seem to be having to turn more and more in.

If there is a lesson to be learned here it's to be organized. I keep everything in bound, tabbed folders and I can get to things in minutes so I don't waste too much time on getting to it.

Also, I have learned that if they want to find something, they will so be honest.

Also..............the adversary proceeding filed against the criminal by an old man that he took for over $600,000 is coming up in a few days. My wife won't let me attend, she says I might go crazy. OK, I'll stay away.

I did however file my documents in support of his motion for a relief of stay with the court and the attorneys and I was real clear what he has done to me and others.

This is gonna get good for him.

Now I get a notice that the TT wants to see a copy of the insurance policy on my home.

        WHY??????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????

Maybe she thinks that I am going to burn it to the ground or something and keep the money.

I cannot figure out why in the world she would want that other than to make sure I have insurance if she drags this out but I would be a fool not to carry insurance anyway.

Sheeesh. OK, I guess I will order it and give it to her Monday.

Any takes on why she would want this? I hope she knows how much time she is wasting.

Well, she obviously does not know, I just had to rant a little.

Thanks, Don't have much of a choice I guess. I got myself into this mess so I gotta fight through it.

My business partner told me that maybe they are looking to see if I insured something that I did not declare. Never thought about that.

OK, hope she has fun looking through the policy since I am SURE I did not insure anything of extraordinary value.

Your business partner has a point - I forgot about insurance riders! You know - jewlery, expensive artwork, collections....probably forgot because I never had any - LOL!

Hmmmm. I wonder if the TT will think that my antique (sounds better than old) suit, tie and shoe collection are worth anything.

I have not bought new suits or ties for over four years now.

Next thing you know she will want to see my underwear and socks collection. LOL

Just as I knew, I have no additional riders on my homeowners policy protecting anything.

This is a wakeup call to all filers...............be truthfull, the TT may stop at nothing to catch you in a lie.

Hopefully my experiences here will help others.

Trustee is looking for riders and such giving you extra coverage for some items that are suspected as being of great value. Like maybe sports cards!

Usually that is why they want the policy. To see if you have increased insurance on any items. Like if you added a jewelry rider for $100,000.00 but you only reported having $100.00 of cosmetic jewelry they want to know why. Or a rider for $250,000.00 for a gun collection but did not report any guns on your asset list.

                        My attorney asked in advance.

I was asked by my attorney for a copy of my homeowners and auto policy so she had it if asked for it.

It is pretty common for them to look at them if they suspect you did not report all of your assets.

Got my policy. A whopping $2500 for fur and jewelry is what's on there. Nothing else.

If I HAD a gun I would be dangerous at this point.

Next item on the inquisition please.

                              Aaaaaargh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                              I have to rant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So my attorney just calls and the TT wants to continue again.

My attorney said " Look, its time to fish or cut bait. You have asked my client for endless reams of paper and documents and he has complied within your time frame and without any objections whatsoever. If you want to try to throw him into a 13 then do so and we will fight it. If you want to put him in a 7 and go after what you think might be preferential payments from his business partner then lets talk about it"

I personally cannot think of ANYTHING that they might still want from me. There just isn't anything else to give them, really. Just my CC statements.

They have my tax returns 2006, 2007, copies of my extension for my 2008 taxes, three years of bank statements, LLC by-laws, signed affidavits that I do not own the company I work for, government records that verify that I do not own any interest in the company I work for, 1099's from employment and retirement accounts, copies of all reciepts from my business expenses from my computer down to the paper I buy at office depot, gasoline reciepts, telephone reciepts, reciepts for medical bills over and above the allowed amount, actual baseball cards, contracts of cars bought, paystubs, a ledger of pay earned, copies of insurance policies (term and home), copies of lawsuits, copies of promissory notes, copies of insurance premiums paid, copies of daycare expenses, titles to cars and al schedules.

At that point my attorney had to take a call from the TT and now I am just waiting for him to call me back.

                              Somebody give me a valium!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
