Here's what happenned:

My attorney spoke to the US TT's assitant and she said that she thinks that I am a 7, not a 13.

The TT has not concurred yet but the US TT has more power.

They want to continue until June 8th. I granted them an extension on claims until 6/11/09 so they will need to file something before then.

My attorney thinks they might go after the $12,000 I paid my business partner for my car as a preferential payment. OK, so what? I will negotiate that in return for the 7.

He thinks thought that $12,000 won't be worth it for the TT to pursue though.

My attorney is reluctant to declare victory but he is happy aboput today's turn of events.

Now we will wait to see if anything is filed by the TT.
