    Yikes, you should all check out the link to see who the BK filer is! It's a credit collector who is trying to dodge lawsuits for deceptive practices, threatening behavior, and failing to follow the Fair Debt Collection laws!

    So judge helps scumbags like this, but try to go a nickle over your IRS standards....
