Ever Wonder How Our Banks Got In Trouble?

I just got a letter in the mail from an attorney threatening to sue us on behalf of our Visa account with Compass Bank.
The funny thing is that when we filed a month ago I contacted all creditors by phone or email about the BK.
In fact the woman at Compass Bank told me she did not want nor would she take the BK case number as she has "no official notification".
I told her that as a customer she could look at the credit reporting agencies that that contained official notification for her.
I also sent a follow up email to Compass giving them the BK case number but got no response from them about it.
So today, some 3 weeks after I contacted them, they have an attorney send me the letter threatening legal action.
I wrote Compass, their attorneys and my attorney about this matter to let them all know about it.
I am going to assume that Compass Bank did not tell the attorneys they retained that they are well aware we filed bankruptcy a month ago.
Our attorney will file the formal complaint with the bankruptcy court so that any action the court wants to take.

And you wonder why banks are in trouble???
Somebody send Compass a bail out check!

Wrong place to send bail out checks. Seems the crooks get the goods, we get promises. I am so concerned about out Country being damaged by fiat money and 'Bammy downing our Country World wide, and he wants to control us through the banks. What you saw was simply bauracracy. Think about when Govmint takes over. 'Hub
