    Corporate outstanding fee?

In my divorce, my ex got the house and I got the biz. The divorce was over 2 years ago. My CH13 was confirmed a few weeks ago.

In the divorce decree, my ex agreed to have the house refi'ed into her name within two years. She is in the process of doing that. She just sent me an email saying that she just got a note from Wells Fargo saying there was "a corporate outstanding advance fee & that it is due from
    your bankruptcy. It is $600."

    Anyone ever heard of that?

    I don't have the $600.

It's not your problem. Let her solve it.
Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick

I disagree & I think the reply is telling.
Some people that I know who file in that is allows to negate any type of accountabilty. If I had a similiar situation even though I am in a tough spot financially I would at least do my best to pay for my part of costs for process...whether I was "legally" obligated to or not. It's a character thing. I apologize if this sounded harsh, but since we all have less to pay now due to plans...I dunno...do the right thing I guess would be my suggestion, or at least a large portion of it.

Sounds like a junk fee - see if the fee can be negotiated to zero or included in your Plan payment. Speaking of the plan payment, I see that you are 100% to the secured creditors, does this include Wells Fargo?
