    Can I File Yr old papers

    I had bridgeport make out some bankruptcy papers a year ago.
    I tried to make the finance work.
    They didnt.
    Now the finance companies have filed papers with the court,
    I have been served.

    Can I file the old papers and ask to amend them?

    No. The whole point of bankruptcy is the snap shot in time - all of your financials have to be current information.

      You may use the papers as your letter of intent, but actually, "Startingover" is right and do you have an attorney? You should if in doubt. If you are savvy in this area, go pro se, but I do not recommend this officially. 'Hub
