My first post...wondering in anyone could recommend a BK attorney in Knoxville and also what to expect from the Knoxville court and trustee?

Would it be wise to call the Trustee's office and ask them for a referral to a attorney or is that a no-no as well. I'm sure there are good and bad attorneys.6/30/2009 Filed Ch. 7

More than likely the Clerks there are not allowed to recommend. It could be illegal as well as a civil rights thing. Lrprn has your best solution.
