We're floating just below the means# to qualify for CH7. The lawyer we talked to says it still may be an issue to qualify. Any opinions on what to do if we are to be put in a ch13? We owe like $75,000 in unsecured debt. I really dont want a ch13. Could we just do nothing and wait to see if the wage garnishments begin? your thoughts?
