Adjusting withholding?

Ev1 is always saying you need to adjust your withholding so you get more in your paycheck. Is that possible if you already claim the total amount of people in your household?
We would have to claim more then the 6 of us. Can you do that? How else do you get more in your check and less in a refund?

Yes you can claim more dependents to get less taxes withheld even if you don't have those dependents.
