What happens when?

I glanced at the titles of the stickys and I don't see anything that might apply so I will ask~
We file 3/11 or so it's scheduled right now for Chapter 7.
So then I have a 341 meeting? Within how many days normally?
Then I guess it's 60 days from that meeting to discharge??
Getting through to my attorney to ask questions is rather tough these days needless to say.
At least someone is making money.

epending on the caseload, most districts schedule the 341 within 30 to 45 days of filing. After the 341, the 60 day clock starts.

I can understand that caseload makes a difference in the time to meet.
I just had not seen anything to indicate a time frame.
