I've been looking for the answer to this and I can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm filing solo without my wife. She has debt of her own that is only hers like a car, school loan etc. I know they include her income in the test, but will they also factor in her expenses? I would think so, but lord know life is not fair. It would just seem to be a lose lose situation. Any light that can be shed on this would be truly appreciated.
