    Anyone hear any updates on Senate Bill 61?

    You mean the deal that increases the nations debt by 10% by borrowing money from those that wants to kill us in the hopes of saving a bloated economy based on spending money we don't have?

    It passed with 61 votes and has gone to committee to reconcile it with the house version HR 1.

    (That's if I'm thinking of the same bill)
    May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
    July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
    September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

        Senate Bill 61 is the proposal by Sen. Durbin to allow bk judges to modify mortgages in a Chapter 13. This bill has been tabled until the stimulus package has been completed.
