    Beneficial a pain?

    Has anyone had severe issues with Beneficial protesting everything in BK? I have a friend that said they drove hard to get him to settle rather than having the dept included in the BK. They requested an asset review as well.

    Has anyone else heard this?

    Could it be that he used the LOC right before filing and so they requested the 2004 hearing?

      I was assuming he was not because he said he was paying on time for the most part.
