Orlando Florida Lawyer to file and a question

    Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anybody knew of a good bankrutcy lawyer in Orlando Florida. We are planning on filing and would like to start talking to some but would rather get someone with a good reference.

Oh... one question... we are planning on finding a house (rent to own) to live in once we file and start the process... would we be able to use our income tax money to put the down payment (whatever the lease requires like security deposit and first month's rent) is that possible?

Thanks in advance for all your help!!!!!!!

Yes you would. While the security deposit must be disclosed on your bankruptcy petition, the Trustee isn't going to go after it unless it is of an absurd amount. Generally, absolutely nothing to worry about in that department.

Are you already in a home that you own? If so, you should stay there as long as you can and SAVE your money from not paying the mortgage. You will need that money for deposits and the like.
