have not seen much about this on the forum, but it would be interesting to find out how many people who have filed had objections from unsecured credit cards and what were the objections for ?? Post your experiences here.

Agree, based on information I have seen that you previously posted. I was just trying to see if there was anyone out there who had actually had a bank file an objection, and which one, for what reason. so i totaly believe your correct, it must be rare and lack of responses here is further proof.Stopped Paying CC's 2/2009. I had an AP (Adversary Procedure) but this was a vendetta case of a civil suit that was not completed. This was not about anything I owed but the "possibility" of a debt. B.S. and do I have to bracket that? Anyway, again he cost me money and trouble. I was successful in tossing it back to State instead of Federal, and to date, have heard nothing. Like jumping out of a 12 story window, eleven stories, "so far, so good". ‘HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.
