Start either praying or drinking - or both at the same time.

Here in NJ I had to take a education course for managing finances.
Then in a couple of weeks I will have discharge.
Much thanks for all the support and information I receive on this forum.

Well... now you wait. If this is a no asset case, you wait your obligatory 60 days for your discharge and hopefully it closes at the same time or shortly, thereafter!

By the way... welcome to the 60 day club.

Do they let my lawyer know when it happens? Is it 60 working days or 60 days?

Sixty (60) calendar days. Holidays included. Also, your lawyer knows by checking PACER.

Does an adversarial proceding show up on PACER?

                        If so, where?
Very fortunate in the grand scheme of things but have learned my lesson.

Absolutely! Associated Cases from the main Summary Screen.

An Adversarial Proceeding (Complaint) is a separate case.

Thanks, I just checked and nothing so far. Keeping everything that I can cross, crossed.

My continued 341 hearing is on the 12th so I will keep you all updated.

Our 341 is next week also.
Golden Jubilee was a year-long celebration held every 50 years in which all bondmen were freed, mortgaged lands were restored to the original owners, and land was left fallow: Lev. 25:8-17
