I am current on my car with the credit union. How should i go about the car and turning it in?

If you surrender it in the BK, then you do not have a repo - which is better for your credit overall. Your choices are to reaffirm, redeem or surrender the car during a BK.

If you are filing, just put surrender on your Statement of Intention in the petition
