Landlord on the voluntary petition

I am a renter with a question on the B1 form (voluntary petition).

I am trying to figure out what (if anything) I need to check in the box marked "certification by debtor who is a resident of a rental property". My rent is fully paid up, and my landlord is not included as a creditor.

There is a line that says that the debtor has given the court a deposit of any rent that would be due during the 30-day period after the filing. Is this required for all renting filers?

Also, there is a line saying that the debtor certifies that they have given a copy of the petition to landlord. Is this necessary if I'm not in any trouble with the landlord?

This is only if the landlord has a judgment against you. For example... you're in the process of being evicted!

Again, this is only if you're in the process of being evicted, or you are in arrears with the landlord (are past due).

Again, this is only if you are past due, in an eviction process, or the landlord has a judgment.
