Honesty with a attorney.

I am meeting attorney at the end of the month. I had some deposits to my
bank account from renting a room. I stopped depositing the money 5 mounths ago.Now just use the cash for bills. I have no reciects for any
of the rent money. I pass the means test with or with out the
the rent money. Should I tell the attorney about this? When I file it will be over 6 months. from the last deposit?

Yes, tell your attorney. Your attorney is on your side. Also, if you pass the means test with or without it, it really doesn't matter.
