Anyone filing or filed in Massachusetts?

I have searched the threads and there doesn't seem to be alot of info. for Massachusetts. I am just basically trying to become buddies with anyone who has experience filing in MA after the bankruptcy reform. I know some states differ slightly so it would be nice to share expereinces, compare notes and offer/recieve support with someone filing in my state.
I also want to say that I have been sick to my stomach for a couple years now about our finances. I feel like this forum has lifted a huuuge weight off my shoulders. I am just sorry I didn't find it before. This forum really is a Godsend.

My attorney implied I should buy a new car now, before I file. I need a new car, and know it will be more expensive after I file. But it doesn't feel right.
