But i don't think I have Java at all. I had it for a website i had but always had trouble with my computer so i took it off.

That might be your problem right there. I love Open Office and swear by it, since I can change how I save my documents between Microsoft's programs and Open Office.

When you get a chance, reinstall Java. Besides, how can you play all the fun games on Pogo without it!

You could also use Open Office. Also, you can use Google Documents. This has the advantage of making your spreadsheet available from wherever you can access the internet.

100% agree to both, FYI google docs are password protected just like your email. best not to include account numbers in any kind of document - internet or otherwise. keep those separate or truncate the account #s to the last 4 digits.

i use www.budgettracker.com is a great free tool and you dont have to put any personal information in there and no account numbers.
