I am $10K upside down on an '06 Mustang, $629 a mo., that I have had for about 940 days.
Atty is gong to try and squeak out a 7 on the means test, I don't think it can be down because I want to keep my rental property. If he can do it, I would make the rental property my "primary residence" for the $40K homestead exemption.
So what can I really do NOW if I don't know if I am going to get a 7 or a 13?
I don't have any money to put down, but I wouldn't mind starting over on new/certified used car with a lower payment.
Thoughts?
