    Another judgement trying to serve...

Looks like MBNA is trying to serve me this time. Discover already got their judgment.

Do I let them serve me and then file or make it as hard as I can on them? What if I file after the judgment? The woman trying to serve me says she will have the sheriff's serve me if I don't contact her asap.

This makes me sick to my stomach that I am in this big of a hole.
    02/05/09 Filed BK7
    03/11/09 341 Hearing
    05/20/09 Discharged!

Well, alot of people here would say "File now and then give them the lawyers number and be done with it"

I tend to agree, if it's bothering you that much (Stress, anxiety) it would be better (Healthwise) to lessen the strain of this whole problem.

Yeah, my Atty just emailed me to let them serve me and the filing will stop the proceedings, so I guess that's the plan tomorrow.

      Thank you sir...

As your lawyer told you once you file the judgment will stop. Sounds like you'll get the filing before a judgment decree, even if they had the decree before hand you'd just take the bk final decree and the creditor matrix to the court they use and have it vacated.
