when my wife and I filed, we filled out the questionaire and listed ALL of the sales made in the last yr.+. I sold almost $16,000 worth of stuff. I was getting real good at ebay and Audiogon (high end stereo equip.). But since I wasn't BUYING and then reselling, and it was all deposited into my checking which went to pay bills and try to survive......There was no question. I'm serious. I listed EVERY transaction for how much and to who and their addresses etc. A few of the items, I still owed on the unsecured creditor who ended up getting 11% on the to balance due. 18 mths. into plan. No one showed at 341. Owed over $140k in unsecured. so my answer would be don't worry. Just be honest about why and where the money went. Nobody PLANS to file bankruptcy by selling everything before they do. That would be fraud and stupid.
