    Lein's by attorney's ?

    Doing a little research and it looks like the attorney's I researched put leins on property's quite often according to public records.

    In what context were you looking up liens? In regard to a Bankruptcy case? if so, that's a violation of the automatic Stay as no lien can be recorded post-petition and pre-discharge/dismissal.

    Were you just looking for judgments or something? Or where they criminal cases where the lawyer placed a lien for guarantee of payment?

    I think the context will matter.
