    Keep making payments?

Hello, I am pretty sure we're going to go CH7 if we can make ourselves qualify. We are above our state median income but after doing a quick prelimenary summary of our expenses it looks as if we're in the red every month.

My question is I have read alot about the "90" day waiting period between the last charge and actually filing but should I keep making payments?

We did charge quite a bit on 3 of our cards in the last month and now looking back realize that maybe we shouldn't have done that, however murphy's law seems to have striken as our washer / dryer both burned up within a week of each other.

Anyways long story short, keep making payments on ALL cc's or just the ones we had used within the last 30 days? Or just quit making payments? I am pretty sure I could squeeze out a few more payments to at least the 3 i've used.....

    Thanks for any advise.

Just the ones you used recently. Anything that has been 6 months or so (or even 3 months+), you can stop paying. Get ready for the phone calls.
