Choosing a Lawyer

Now I'm really confused. When we file, in August, we will only be in Ohio for 9mos. We have been here in Wisconsin for over 2yrs. So will that mean we can use the federal exemption for Wisconsin? Ohio doesn't have one and Ohio's exemptions suck period.

That tidbit totally confused me... I feel really dumb right now lol

wow. that would be awesome because I'd be able to use 10k of the homestead and that will really really help us keep our stuff even better. I wasn't too worried anyway... but we both have macbooks and I have a digital camera... so I was a little nervous.

I'm nervous to feel like this is the way it's going to work though... Kind of don't want to get my hopes up. But man, I will do a dance if we can use WI exemptions from OH...
