We are ones that will have a bunch of money left over. Our credit card payments have been about 1k a month. Then we are giving up our house so bye bye mortgage of 1700. Now, we do have our new rental which is 1200 but that's still 500 freed up from that. But we will be saving our money for our attorney fees.
