Pacer error: "Cannot redisplay..."

Anyone ever see an error in Pacer like this one:

Cannot redisplay /tmp/pdf41966021032214, it has already been shown once.

I tried to open a document in Pacer--one that I have never opened before. What am I doing wrong?

Was this because you viewed it view a "link" in an e-mail? The BNC e-mails can only be viewed "once".
