Why is Chase so stupid?

I really don't understand them at all. I have a SWA credit card with them as well as my mortgage. They have called me a billion times on my late credit card, but how many times have they called me on my late mortgage? Not once. You think they'd be more concerned with the mortgage given it is a good $160000 more than the credit card. ::::shakes head:::

Yah, but they get the house if you do not pay, so no loss for them. credit cards are different where they have to stay on top of it because they will lose if they don't. From what I have seen lately, Chase is one of the most aggressive banks and they have no problem filing a law suit immediately with people on CC debt.

I am not sure, but at the moment I believe they are also the most stable bank of them all and I wonder if some of that has to do with them being so aggressive with debt.
